Heidi
Dental Assistant
Heidi has been with Oak Ridge Dental Arts since 2015. She received her Dental Assistant Certificate from Lake Norman Dental Assisting School in 2012. Heidi is certified in Nitrous Oxide, CPR, Dental Radiography and Coronal Polishing.
Out of the office, Heidi enjoys fishing, hanging out with her diva dog, Addie, and spending time with her nephews whom she adores. Her happy place is the beach.
Heidi dealt with unexplained headaches for over ten years. She went to a new dentist to speak to them about her headaches, and they discovered she had TMJ. The dentist made a night guard for Heidi, and her headaches got drastically better. Heidi then decided that she wanted to be a dental assistant.
Heidi is known for being very sweet, caring, and upbeat. She is dedicated to making patients feel welcome and cared about. She understands many patients have dental anxiety, and she strives to provide gentle care in a friendly, calming environment to help combat any fears. Her favorite part of dentistry is helping patients smile confidently again.
Sarah
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarah has been with Oak Ridge Dental Arts since 2016. She received her Associate of Arts degree from Gaston College. She graduated from Central Piedmont Community College with her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene degree. Sarah is certified in Nitrous Oxide and CPR.
Sarah was born and raised in Belmont, North Carolina. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband, exercising, and spending time with her dog, Sassy. Some of her favorite activities include fishing, cooking, paddle boarding, snow skiing, and DIY projects.
Growing up, Sarah loved seeing her dentist and decided she wanted to work in dentistry. She values building a relationship and trust with her patients, as she understands many patients have dental anxiety. She is dedicated to treating all her patients as she would treat her own family. Sarah is known for being patient and kind, and explaining treatment well to her patients.
Indira
Registered Dental Hygienist
Indira joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2021. She attended York Technical College where she graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1997.
Indira is originally from Gallipolis, Ohio and relocated to North Carolina in 1991. She enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with her husband and their 2 children.
Growing up, Indira became interested in dentistry because her neighbor was a dentist. She enjoys meeting new patients and maintaining a relationship with them throughout the years. She understands many patients have dental anxiety, and she is known for helping her patients feel relaxed and comfortable in her care. She truly cares about her patients’ treatment and will help you through any needed procedures in our office.
Judy
Accounts Manager
Judy joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2014. She is our Insurance Coordinator as well as Accounts Manager.
Judy is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Judy values meeting patients and creating long time relationships with each one. It is important to her to help patients with their dental insurance and ensure they get the most out of their benefits. Judy is known for her sweet and caring personality.
Kim
Office Manager
Kim, our Office Manager, has been with Oak Ridge Dental Arts since 2011.
Kim is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina. In her free time, Kim enjoys exercising, hiking with her husband and spending time with her daughter on the weekends. She has two miniature schnauzers that are like her children.
Kim worked in the medical field for sixteen years before working in dentistry. She is dedicated to providing a comfortable dental experience for each patient from the time they walk in the door. She is known for her friendly, outgoing personality and for keeping a smile on her patients’ faces.
