Brylee
Dental Assistant II

Brylee, our Dental Assistant II, joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2024. She received her Dental Assistant II Certification from Rowan Cabarrus Community College. She holds certifications in Coronal Polishing, S.P.I.C.E, Nitrous Oxide, CPR, and Dental Radiology.

Brylee is originally from Mount Pleasant, North Carolina. She will be marrying her fiancé, Darren in September, 2025. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, hunt, go to the lake, and travel to the beach.

Brylee loves making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves and their smile. She enjoys interacting and connecting with her patients. She values building relationships with her patients while providing them with the upmost best care possible. Brylee is known for her outgoing personality and for being organized, personable, and understanding.

Kristin
Dental Assistant II

Kristin joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2013. She attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College where she earned her Dental Assisting certification. She holds certifications in Coronal Polishing, S.P.I.C.E, Nitrous Oxide, CPR and Dental Radiology.

Kristin was born and raised in Rockwell, North Carolina. She has a daughter named Hadley, and a son named Decker who are the fun in her life! She enjoys spending time with her husband, Zach and her family.

Growing up, Kristin always enjoyed going to the dentist and always knew she wanted a career in dentistry. She values helping her patients gain their confidence back and feel happy again by achieving their smile goals. She understands many patients may have dental anxiety and she is dedicated to helping them feel comfortable and welcome.

Leslie
Dental Assistant II

Leslie has been with Oak Ridge Dental Arts since 2011. She graduated from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College with honors in Dental Assisting. She is certified in S.P.I.C.E, CPR, Dental Radiology, Coronal Polishing, OSHA, and HIPPA.

Leslie is originally from High Point, North Carolina and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina for her husband’s job. Her hobbies include crafting, working out, and doing anything outdoors. She married her husband, Mitchell, in 2004 and they have three daughters, Courtney, Haley and Elaina.

Leslie always knew she wanted to go into the medical field and chose dentistry because she loves helping patients get their smile back. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially dental crown preps, oral surgery and orthodontics. She is dedicated to helping her patients feel at ease and helping them have a great dental experience in our office. Leslie is known for her great personality and laughing and joking are her favorite things to do. She loves having fun and helping her patients have fun during their dental appointment.

Molly
Dental Assistant II and Hygiene Assistant

Molly joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2020. She received her Dental Assistant II certification from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and is certified in CPR, Coronal Polishing, S.P.I.C.E, Radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA.

Molly is originally from Arizona, and moved to Rockwell, North Carolina in 2001. She loves her church and is very active in the Worship Band, Kids Ministry and Connection Groups. She enjoys gardening, canning the items she grows, and advocating for pitbull rescues. She loves her boys and her pup.

Molly says she was born and raised to be a helper, and loves assisting. She enjoys seeing people smile and regaining confidence through smile restoration. She values getting to know her patients and creating an enjoyable place to come from their dental care. She truly cares about her patients and is always available to help.

Jennifer
Registered Dental Hygienist

Jennifer has been part of the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team since 2011. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Forsyth Technical Community College and she received the Golden Scaler Award.

Jennifer was born and raised in DeRidder, Louisiana and moved to North Carolina with her parents to be closer to their family. Jennifer and her husband have two beautiful children and a sweet labradoodle. She enjoys watching her children play sports and loves seeing them do what they love. In her free time, she enjoys shopping.

After high school, Jennifer knew she wanted to be in the medical field. After shadowing different medical and dental professionals, she chose dentistry as her career. She loves to see patients’ oral health change to lead to healthier lives. She values educating her patients to see improvements in their mouth to lead to a stable condition and have all natural teeth for a lifetime. She understands many patients may have dental anxiety and is dedicated to helping her patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Jennifer is very thorough and she takes the time to educate and explain everything that is being done in an understanding way. She is known for her patience and understanding.

Laura
Registered Dental Hygienist

Laura has been part of the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team since 2009. She attended Forsyth Technical Community College where she received her degree in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in Dental Radiology, CPR, and Infection Control.

Laura is originally from Granite Quarry, North Carolina. She has been married to her husband, Raymond, since 1990 and they love spending time with their son, Weston, daughter in law, Taylor and granddaughter, Ava. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, decorating her house, working in the yard, and showing her dog.

Laura values helping patients improve their smile and helping them build their self-confidence. She enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships with them to help provide the best dental experience possible. Laura is known for having a positive attitude and for being personable with her patients.

Regina
Registered Dental Hygienist

Regina joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts in 2015. She attended Guilford Technical Community College, where she received her degree in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in nitrous oxide, CPR, OSHA, and HIPPA.

Regina is originally from Richfield, North Carolina, and moved to Rowan County with her family. She married her husband, Dustin, in 2014, and in 2016, they had their beautiful daughter, Reestyn. Outside of dentistry, her hobbies include traveling and making memories with her family, watching her daughter in sports, and learning new things.

Her favorite thing about dentistry is helping her patients feel confident in their smile and getting to know her patients.

Alisha
Insurance Coordinator and Accounts Manager

Alisha joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2015. She is our Insurance Coordinator and Accounts Manager. She is certified in Dental Radiology, CPR, HIPPA and OSHA.

Alisha is originally from Salisbury, North Carolina. She loves spending time with her daughter, Breckan and her husband, Daniel. She enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball and competition cheerleading. She also enjoys the outdoors, crossfit, and being at the lake and the beach.

Alisha understands the importance of communication and understanding when it comes to dental procedures and she enjoys helping patients plan their treatment needs. She is known for her patient and understanding personality and is dedicated to providing a calming environment for patients.

Allie
Office Manager

Allie has been with Oak Ridge Dental Arts since 2012. She began her dental career as an Orthodontic Assistant and Hygiene Assistant and has now transitioned into our Office Manager. Allie is certified in CPR, OSHA, HIPPA and Dental Radiology.

Allie is originally from Harrisburg, North Carolina and decided to move just outside her small town to Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been married to her husband, Seth, since 2015 and they have a precious lab named Cabella. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and going on adventurous trips. Outside of dentistry, Allie sells Scentsy on the side. She is a huge NC State, Carolina Panthers and Boston Red Sox fan.

Allie is dedicated to ensuring her staff is happy to the fullest and her patients are well taken care of the best way they should be. She is dedicated to treating her patients like family and listening to their concerns. She has a very sweet, approachable personality. She always strives to have the best, positive attitude and always smile.

Amanda
Front Desk

Amanda, our Front Desk Coordinator, joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2022. She is a certified dental assistant, and holds certifications in CPR, Coronal Polishing and Dental Radiology.

Amanda is originally from Mississippi, and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina at the age of 9. She and her husband, Mitch have been married since 2003. They have two sons, Jake and Nate, and a labradoodle, Gracie. Amanda is an animal lover and enjoys traveling, shopping, fishing and spending time with her family.

Amanda chose the dental field because her cousin was a dentist, and she always loved going to the dentist. She enjoys watching her patients grow up and helping patients feel more confident about their smile. Amanda is known for being happy and smiling all of the time. She is passionate about helping people, and being able to help her patients makes her feel accomplished.
