ServicesDr. Gabriel Tanaka
Dr. Gabriel Tanaka, DDS joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in 2023. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Southern Adventist University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He has received extensive training in all aspect of general dentistry including but not limited to dental crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, root canals and dentures.
Dr. Tanaka was born in Brazil, and moved to Cary, North Carolina when he was two years old. He always wanted to live in Charlotte, North Carolina because he is a huge Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets fan, and moved here in 2023. In his free time, Dr. Tanaka likes eating at restaurants with his wife, and watching movies and TV shows together. He also enjoys playing basketball, soccer and pickleball, watching the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets, and playing piano and guitar.
Professionally, Dr. Tanaka is an active member of the North Carolina Dental Society. He is known for being a compassionate dentist, and is dedicated to providing quality care to all his patients and listening to their concerns to develop personalized solutions to meet their needs. He looks forward to caring for all your dental needs.
