Dr. Amanda Curlin, DDS joined the Oak Ridge Dental Arts team in August, 2018. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of North Carolina Wilmington with her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2017 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Curlin completed her General Practice Residency Program at Saint Barnabas Hospital in The Bronx, New York where she received the Resident of The Year Award.
Dr. Curlin grew up in New Bern, North Carolina. After completing her Residency Program in New York, she decided to move back to North Carolina to be closer to her family and her brand new nephew. She has a love for traveling and enjoys running, hiking, and exploring national parks.
Professionally, Dr. Curlin serves as a current member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, including children and patients with special needs. Due to her advanced residency training, she feels comfortable in all realms of dentistry including dental implants, extractions, root canal therapy, tooth colored fillings, dental crowns, dentures, and more. She is excited to be a member of the Oak Ridge Dental Arts Team and looks forward to meeting and working with you!
